Managing Directors
During his 17+ years consulting in Enterprise Performance Management, Alp has designed and led the delivery of solution advisory, system implementations and enterprise transformation projects for some of the largest organizations in both private and public sectors.
Alp’s transformative performance management solutions that range from strategy management and execution to planning and budgeting and from financial close and consolidation to profitability and cost management.
Alp leads the Enterprise Performance Management practice in CCG, which includes execution of major corporate and government performance management engagements.
Murat has been helping companies develop strategies and implement enterprise performance management solutions, since 1996. Murat excels in creating working environments where quality implementations and peerless consulting talent combine to create superior solutions to our clients.
Under Murat’s leadership, his previous company, ADI Strategies, achieved continuous year over year growth, first in the US and then internationally, while maintaining the highest rate of customer satisfaction. Prior to joining ADI Strategies, Murat was a Sr. Manager at Bearing Point’s World Class Finance practice.
Santhosh’s track record of successful projects is a testament to his ability to mobilize project resources and lead collaborative efforts with off-site teams working in multiple geographies.
While at ADI Strategies, Santhosh led the company’s India operations to tremendous growth in a short period of time and contributed significantly to successful EPM and BI projects in the US, India and Middle East region. Prior to joining ADI, Santhosh led IBM’s Indian Global Delivery Group where he coordinated his team’s efforts in several global scale deployments. Santhosh also spent close to a decade in the United States consulting, and leading implementations for Bearing Point’s World Class Finance Practice
Leaders (Delivery)
Gurkan has sixteen years of expertise as a Data Architect and Modeler for various projects in various industries. He has substantial practical knowledge with Oracle and Microsoft data tools. He is an expert in all facets of data management and the deployment of analytics models, data flow diagrams, and data standards to support a dependable data management infrastructure. He assists businesses in leveraging technology to generate commercial value and alter operations.
Gurkan is one of the Directors at Constellation, where he focuses mostly on data analytics and enterprise performance management related initiatives and has domain expertise in the finance industry.
Murat Civelek has over 18 years of multi-industry experience in Enterprise Performance Management, Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Prior to joining Constellation, he served as regional director of ADI Turkey, and then Consulting Director of Huron solutions, post Huron’s acquisition of ADI. With his strong technical and functional background, Murat has successfully led implementations of many global projects in different industries especially banking and finance.
At Constellation, as Director, Murat leads delivery of financial sector solutions in Middle East in addition to leading delivery in Western Europe region.
Murat has 17 years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management solutions, primarily dedicated to advisory and implementation of Oracle EPM products.
Murat is the country director for Turkey at Constellation Consulting Group and is responsible for delivery of the entirety of Enterprise Performance Management offerings. With experience in numerous large scale digital transformation projects, Murat has demonstrated both functional and technical expertise alongside the ability to work with all enterprise stakeholders. He specializes particularly in planning / budgeting / forecasting, zero-based budgeting, IFRS16, IAS29, Stat-IFRS conversions, and relevant reporting areas across many industries. Murat attaches great importance to product strategy for EPM. He has led development of 6 packaged solutions, namely Accelerated Budgeting, Zero-Based Budgeting, Stat-IFRS Conversion, Workforce Planning, IFRS 16 Lease Modelling, and IAS29 Inflation Accounting on the Oracle EPM Planning platform.
Ozkan comes with 15 years of experience in the planning & budgeting, performance score carding and enterprise transformation implementations with multiple EPM products. He is expert in all aspects of Corporate Performance Management having advised many organizations on the implementation of full cycle CPM strategies including in depth design of budgeting processes and systems. He has involved successful EPM and BI implementations across various industries and sectors in multiple locations.
Ozkan is one of the EPM Directors at Constellation and mainly focusing on public sector transformation projects and leading the delivery of country level EPM projects.
Sandeep comes with 18+ years of experience in EPM consulting and demonstrated notable success in suggesting EPM technology-based Financial Planning and Analytical solutions helping the clients navigate the shift to EPM platform for planning, budgeting and analysis while helping them to realize better RoI in their EPM implementation. He has extensive experience in managing the Onsite-Offshore model for development, capability development, implementation and Support projects and managing the teams both at offshore and onsite.
As an EPM Director, Sandeep is responsible for managing the overall delivery of EPM projects across different cloud platform – Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Jedox, Onestream and managing the delivery team in India. He has proven expertise and capability to incept, train and groom, manage large teams with high performance delivery capabilities. He specializes in effectively communicate with client leadership teams (CFOs, CIOS, CEOs) to understand the business challenges in FP&A related process and provide advisory and consulting for their EPM roadmap.
Saravanan comes with 19 years of experience in the financial consolidation, close, and enterprise transformation implementations with multiple CPM products. He is expert in all aspects of Corporate Performance Management having advised many organizations across industries and sectors on the implementation of full cycle CPM strategies including in depth design of Consolidation systems in multiple locations. He works closely with the CFO’S/CIO’s office to enable organizations with the latest advancements in technology, leading to focused improvisations in financial close processes and controls.
Saravanan is one of the EPM Directors at Constellation and mainly focusing on consolidation and close transformation projects and leading the delivery of country level EPM projects.
Leaders (Sales)
John comes with 14 years sales experience and for the last 10 years he’s had a focus on Oracle technologies, primarily Hyperion & Oracle EPM Cloud. During his career John has supported many customers through EPM Transformation projects, in both Commercial and Public Sectors across Western Europe.
John is our Sales Leader for UK & Western Europe, guiding customers on their journey to the Cloud.
Maged Ibrahim is a seasoned program and account manager whose main objective is to help his customers successfully deliver their projects and achieve the envisioned ROI.
Maged has a 360° view of the business which enables him to support his clients from inception to successful delivery and operation. He has 13 years of professional experience, all in IT consulting firms such as Raya Software, Orascom Qemma, AppsPro, and Inplenion during which he worked with customers such as the Ministry of Finance KSA, the Ministry of Finance UAE, Saudi Telecom Company, ADNOC GASCO, Arabian Cement and many more leading organizations mainly in the UAE and KSA.
Nitin is an enthusiastic and optimistic sales professional with over 9 years’ experience in B2B Sales. He possesses exceptional communication & interpersonal skills and is highly skilled at developing new accounts and maintaining client relationships,
At CCG, Nitin is the UAE Market Leader for EPM & Data Analytics. He works as a keen facilitator between Constellation and our customers who are amongst the largest Public Sector & Commercial organizations in the country; in finding the best way forward to achieve their Digital Transformation objectives and goals.
Ruhi comes with 14 years of global experience in sales enablement with Fortune 500 companies. She uses her consultative approach and techno-functional expertise in collaborating with customers to drive their business objectives and transformation journey. Ruhi specializes in business consulting, supply chain, procurement, sales, and program management.
At Constellation, Ruhi is the India and APAC Market Leader for EPM and Analytics Professional Services.
Leaders (Operations)
Aditi comes with 14 years of experience in Human Resources starting from Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and all aspects of Employee Life Cycle. She has involved in HR Process automation and process revamp with Employee Satisfaction being her focus. Aditi is HR Leader at Constellation and manages HR function at Global level.
Nithya is a Chartered Accountant and comes with 16 years of post-qualification experience in end-to-end Finance functions in Printing, Automobile, and Information Technology sectors as well as Audit experience with PwC. She is an expert in process automation and Proficient in setting up Project Accounting, Project Profitability Analysis, MIS Reports, Variance Analysis etc. She has helped set up end to end Finance processes, ERP for finance areas, Payroll systems for Constellation. Nithya is the Group Finance Controller for Constellation and manages Finance functions for all the entities.
Sandeep comes with 24 years of work experience in Operations spanning across Financial Services, Insurance, Freight Forwarding and Information Technology sectors. He is adept in managing a wide band of tasks in Office Administration, Travel Management, Facilities, Vendor Management, HR Operations, Finance Operations, Customer Relationship Management and Business Development. Sandeep is based out of India and closely work with stake holders across all the regions.
