CCG is now seeking highly motivated Oracle EPM Consultants to join our Enterprise Performance
Management Practice.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Good communication skills should be able to work with minimum guidance. He/she will be needed to communicate with the onsite team, and customer and deliver with optimum quality. Superior written and oral communication skills are essential. A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
- Should be thorough with the Project Life cycle, Documentation at every stage of the project.

- Individual contributor along with managing the overall delivery of the deliverables.
Job Requirements :
- Techno Functional skill sets in EPBCS/PBCS/Hyperion Planning etc.
- Design and Configuration of EPBCS out of box modules – Financials, Workforce, Capex, Project Planning
- Financial and Functional background is plus. Conduct client workshops and drive requirement
elicitation, solution mapping, and documentation - Good knowledge of Oracle Reporting tools, Groovy Scripting, Business Rule writing, Performance
tuning - Strong Experience of Integration tools – ODI, FDMEE, Data Management
- Experience in a project team environment using structured methodologies for gathering business
requirements, business processes, data conversions and system interfaces - Should be open to extensive short term and long-term travel
- Relevant experience ranging from 8 to 12 years
- Experience should comprise of exposure to at least 5 to 6 full project life cycles (Development
projects) - Should be open to work on Support assignments whenever needed
Required Attributes :
- Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA Finance / Engineering Graduates / Postgraduates with strong
functional background - Excellent command over English & Arabic (Read, Write, Speak)
